Hi all, Chumash casino in Santa Ynez has a 4-8 full kill game that has half blinds early in the afternoon before around 5 or 6. Pre-flop you can either limp for the $2 or raise to $6, so I should be playing more drawing hands here, right? Are there any other preflop considerations I should take into account?
Thanks,
Adam

You should play any hand in the SB if there hasn't been a raise. You shouldn't loosen up much from EP, but you can play lots of hands from LP. That's especially true if you feel like you play well post flop.

If there isn't much pre-flop raising, you can also play quite a few more hands (76s) in EP.

Dynasty or anyone else,
Dynasty, I know you used to post alot about a half blind 4-8 game. Is there a way to access just those posts from the 2+2 archives?
Thanks,
Adam

Clarkmeister had a thread titled 'how low can you go'. He had posted several hands from the mandalay bay game which has the same structure.

Click on search at the top of page and look for "1-4-4-8", "mini-blinds", etc...

You could use the search function using my name. I don't know the title of any specific thread.
