Squeaking Sneaker

This may be very weird or very normal. Not sure which.

Anyway, one of my sneakers makes this awful squeak whenever I walk (moreso on plastic/marble floors). Have any of you ever had this? If so, any tips?

I looked at the sole and there were some pebbles stuck inside. I removed them and now it's worse.

If you have tennis sneakers (k-swiss, adidas stan smith, etc.) you'll squeak more. Do your feet drag?

Here's advice: don't wear your sneakers if you're hunting deer on a gym floor...
