Is it better to tip with cash and leave it on the table? Or to just give the cash to the waiter? Or to just include it in the bill when paying with your debit card?

I dont really know what happens when you include it with the bill and pay it all with a debit card.

[censored], can you make a "NO TIP" picture contest, similar to the "NO POKER" contest?

Leave it in cash if you can or are so inclined. Its not too big of a deal though so dont feel obligated.

As long as your not a cheap bastard and leave less than 20% for good service your server will appreciate it.

I dont know I saw a lady steal a tip from a table once, thats why I am hesitant of just leaving it there.

I dont post at OOT much, so I dont know about all the posts that happen all the time here. Still just let it die or ignore it if you dont like, is that so hard?
