It’s frightening easy to win this Halloween

When:
Friday, Oct. 28 to Sunday, Oct. 30, 11:59 p.m. (EST).

How to qualify:
All you have to do is play at our exclusive Halloween Ring Game tables (only Hold’em tables) that are marked in blue in the Party Poker Lobby.
If any player at these tables gets three of a kind or better and remains in the hand until showdown, he or she will receive a free ‘spooky’ ticket.
At the end of event, these ‘spooky’ tickets will be counted and the 5,500 players with the most tickets will receive guaranteed cash prizes up to $1,000.

sounds interesting. And I'm assuming that there is an increased rake at these tables, like the bad beat tables?

I wonder if there is any hole-card restrictions (I could find none). If not, it might really juice up the affected games. It might do that anyway, I suppose...

To bad there is never any love for the NL player.

Picked up 24 tickets thus far. If you're looking to work this promotion, you're probably best off playing low limit full ring tables with lots of calling stations to get you to showdown.

No, it's just regular limit tables.

No Additional rake, and only available on Holdem tables but apparently not the Bad Beat or High Hand tables since they are still listed in green writing and the tables for the Halloween special will show in blue writing. I have 6 scary bucks so far playing $25PL. Should have had a few more but I bet on the river and the players folded so no showdown.

Someone I play alot with on PL had 57 a couple hours ago, said she was going for it, lol. But the thing runs all weekend doesn't it? Die Hards gonna stay up for 72 hours?

A leaderboard would be cool.... but it would discourage all the fish from playing as it would make it completely obvious to them that they have no chance of catching the 10-tabling 2+2'ers. No leaderboard will keep the casual players going thinking that they might actually have a chance.

My guess is that party does not get as much revenue from SNG players. If you notice the reload is geared to limit players as opposed to nl players.

still, i play close to 2000 SNGs a month. thats a lotta f-in rake. throw me a bone you bastards. i cant clear reload bonus on party with SNGs and now they omit SNG players from this promotion as well. surpised theyll let us try for the 3 billionith hand promotion (theyre even letting play money tables in on that one).

Just over 20K hands, 36 hours mainly 8 tabling

I haven't played in almost 3 weeks, my finace and daughter left for the weekend and my "marathon weekend" just happened to coinside with Party's halloween promo.

I'll never do that again tho, near the end I was fading away, and I could feel myself slowing down and my mind going numb.

Has anybody seen the results yet? I only got 93 tickets so I probably didn't make the money, but they said they were going to post winners November 1st.

i haven't seen any results yet. i really think you got at least $20, and probably $30. you only have to be in the top 5500. you have no chance at the real prizes though(anything above $50).
