Villain here is 25/14/2 over a good sample size for 7-10 handed play. She was capping preflop frequently when 3 bet - earlier I saw her cap preflop HU OOP with ATs.

Basically I didn't know where to give action and when would be too much. So I played the flop hard, then went weak on the turn, then realized I played the turn weak so decided to try to fix that on the river. I would have puked and called a river 3 bet fwiw.

yeah you beat AJ/AT but not much else; you lose to AK/AA/99/88/77 and A9/A8/A7 if she played those. Maybe 5-10% bluff? I'd be weaky tighty calling down after I was bet into at the turn.

the flop/turn line is an indication of a hand that doesn't want to give a free card to a flush draw and waiting till the turn improves his equity and/or spiked dos pair.

i am *usually* just calling this river and i am *usually* not calling a 3-bet if i did raise.

I doubt that this can be right.

What do you make of his flop checkraise? It's sort of weird isn't it? If he has an ace he had the lead preflop, why not continue? To me it suggested weakness as there are alot of ways to play a flopped monster but I can't imagine this is one of the better ones..

i wouldn't be SHOCKED if you won the hand. but i don't really like it. I wouldn't raise this river at all, personally i think he has A9 suited. But equally possible is he has AT and bet cause he picked up a striaght draw, when you don't raise him he thinks you don't have an ace. BTW you played the hand pretty well if he does have AT, but i think that you lose here most the time
