OT: (useless poll) how often do you refresh?

When you're reading this forum, and you're waiting for people to respond to your posts, how much time do you wait in between refreshes?

The answers are the same whether you see them the instant they are posted, or a couple minutes later. It is a waste of time to continue to hit refresh. Browse the other threads, and you check your post when it gets bumped to the top.

Exactly, its worrying that over 3% of people here would refresh their own post every 3 seconds or less. Thats a lot of poker time wasted...
