in management. I have not worked in the casino/hospitality industry before. How much negotiation room do I have (If they offered 40k, how likely would they go to 50 or 55? How likely would they change the relo money over to salary?

Any help on this issue would be appreciated.

You'd probabvly do better in the B&M forum. Seems like a lot of people in the industry post there.

I am not in the casino industry but if I made an offer to someone for $40k it is very unlikely they would get $50k. YMMV.
