Firepay question

Here's the thing:

I have a Neteller account, but they charge me 1.9% 'conversion fee' when I move money from Neteller (CAD) to a poker site (USD). No, I'm not talking about the conversion RATE, I'm telling you they charge a 1.9% FEE.

My question is... any Canadians know of Firepay does the same thing?
