I'd rather just push the 3-bet rather than let someone else 4-bet me and make me uncomfortably call while obviously behind. If you're gonna get called, the extra 4 dollars won't make a difference, and if they miss their flush draw you might not get paid the rest.

With his stack that shallow, this line is fine.

Often, a small raise like this is a draw looking for a free turn card. Or it could be A9, K9, A8, who knows?

In any case, the number of hands that you're ahead of is definitely greater than the number of hands you're behind here. Put him all-in on the flop.

Ah, it was a check-raise... Well, in any case, I dont think you should be folding the flop. And assuming you're going to call it, you should go ahead and push, since the pot will be 7 or so if you just call, and he only has ~10 behind. Whether you're ahead or behind on the flop, there arent too many turns that change things. Get it in now before you second-guess yourself.
