Button was a typical donk with about 45% volitary put in pot. Given this is this a correct fold after the board pairs? Do you even bet the turn considering the board paired?

Why did you bet the turn?

I'm not saying it's stupid, and I'm not telling you what I would do. But if you ask yourself that question and think about it you'll be much closer to figuring out how to play this.

I bet the turn in an attempt, all be it a weak one, to block a bluff from the button. If the board does not pair here I would bet every time, but I guess with the qeen pairing its not such a good play. I'm guessing though that you dont aggree with betting the turn even if its a blank.

You have to push this. You have the top pair. If he gets lucky and hits trips, then there is nothing you can do about it.

I would go passive on the turn here. I know the button limped in preflop, but I would still give him credit for some kind of hand. You aren't beating very much here anymore and on the river you could well wind up splitting with weaker aces, one of the few things you do beat.

I would check and call a small bet. If he bet large I'd just fold.

Note that allowing a free card is not much of a problem here. If he's behind, he doesn't have many outs.

LOL you have top pair... play it like its god. Not the best advice around, especially the push part when the pot is 150 or something of the like. I like the bet on the turn, the raise will tell you ur beat.
