I'd probably raise 100-120 preflop and then bet 2/3 pot on the flop. No reason to go nuts this early.

EDIT: At times I limp too, depends on how I feel.

I limp preflop and definitely don't push the flop.

What do you do if you get reraised all in on the flop after betting the 2/3 the pot? Do you fold with that much of your stack invested?

If folded to me on the button, I'd make a standard (90-120) raise.

thats why you dont do this at all.. Limping for set value preflop unless first in in the CO or button is proper then you can raise it 3-4x the bb. what you want is everyone to fold because when the overcard comes out and you miss your set you are wasting a lot of chips trying to find out where you are at this early. Not worth it.
