Other than CRing the flop, is this standard? I figure it is likely he could have Q better kicker or a J. This is a PokerStars 5.5 multi.

The flop looks fine.

Once you check, I am not sure you can fold to the small bet on the turn. I might lead out on the turn and see what happens. With 3 callers, it is reasonably likely someone has a jack (or a straight), but I would hate to fold 2 pair so easily.

What buyin is this? The play seems awfully loose/passive.

It's a pokerstars 5.50 freezeout. I thought about betting about 400 or so on the turn, but with so many people in the hand, I don't think I beat many hands that call my flop bet.

I prefer an open-fold to leading the turn.

The flop is just fine, but you got THREE calls and you now have top pair no kicker on a way coordinated board. Your odds of being good here are strikingly close to zero. You're so, so done with this hand.
