PT and importing hands from Stars. How??

Hi,

How do you import hands from Stars to PT? I see something about a POP3 Email and I have no clue what that is. I have a gmail account and a hotmail account, if that helps, but not a "real" email account (like an ISP account). Is this bad? Will it stop me from being able to put hands from Stars in PT?

Stars puts hands onto ur comp. Make sure u enable the IHH on stars itself.

Then in PT direct it to import from this file.
