My eggs

I bought some eggs a couple weeks ago and have not used them. They have a "Sell by" date of 10/26 on the carton.

The package does not say when I have to use these by.

If I hard boil them all on the 26th, how long will they be safe to eat?

Hard boiled eggs are good for a week...I wouldn't worry about it. I wouldn't eat them soft just because the shells are semi-permeable and can draw all sorts of goodies into the interior. Or you could be totally disgusted by old store eggs and raise your own chickens, but maybe that's just me.

I suggest just buying a new carton for 89 cents...but I'm not sure how long they would last if you don't decide to go that route.
