InterPoker/Caribbean Sun Monthly Bonuses

Is it pretty much a requirement that I play these bonuses at $2/4? I see that pot has to get raked a full dollar to count. Right now, there is 1 $2/4 table running on the Cryptos.

The best time to clear these bonuses is the weekend that Interpoker offers an extra $30 bonus (which clear at the same time as the $90 monthly)... this month it was this past weekend, and there were more 2/4 tables than 1/2 tables at times over the weekend.

Carribean Sun goes much faster, as they now accept fractional rakes. I cleared it at .5/1 in about 1-2 weeks. Interpoker is very difficult to clear below 2/4.
