It somehow got changed from Tom to default and I lost all my bookmarks and stuff how do I change it back?

frustrating, it happened to me once. I was able to fix it but I don't remember how. I remember having to sift through some excessive google results before I found the solution. I know that I didn't actually help you at all, but I feel your pain.

I found the answer if anyone's interested. Close firefox then go to start menu and click run. Then type in

firefox.exe -profilemanager

and click ok. Should work from there on.
