here's a similar live trick to do at your home game during tea and muffins

put the 9s and Tc on the top and bottom of the deck

take out the 9c and Ts and flash them at your audience

ask someone to put them, together, into the middle of the deck

make a big deal of squaring the deck

hold the deck by the top and bottom cards and lift you arm up high, covering the deck with your other hand

bring your hands down sharply, throwing out the 50 cards between the top and bottom cards onto the table - you will find if you use the right pressure those two cards will remain stuck to your fingers either by sweat or by friction

display the cards

bow, and leave the room

stop outside the door and listen to your chums praising your dexterous skills
