You are getting 9-1 preflop with AK. I think that's enough to try to hit 2 pair or better. Still, it's kinda tough considering someone may have AA. If you decide to push, the dead money is really nice.

I really like a push here.

I instapush in this spot. Too much overlay here not to get greedy.

I think it's more like 10.5-1 unless I messed up somewhere. I just call getting these odds. Some of them probably have midpairs, but I also think it's very likely some of your outs are in other player's hands. That's why I just call instead of push. The rest of it is going in on any A or K high flop though.

It's push-time, man.

I don't think you can call and play for 2 pair. If you call and hit an A or K you have to go for it most of the time.

I think pushing is probably good, depending on the opponents and without knowing them I think depending on the buyin.

I think I'm going to start keeping a tally of whether people have it or not when they make these preflop bets that look so much like AA or KK.

I think I'd like to know what:

itchyfinger is calling with. That's a very very strange cold call.

One thing not being addressed here, is that with this many callers, there's a good chance all of your aces are out/gone. And you might be drawing to at most 3 outs. Perhaps we give 1.5 outs for each A and K. Of course, there's always the chance you flop a straight.

Given that assessment, and the fact, if you hit your K, you're not guaranteed to be ahead, I think folding here is fine.

Yea, I mentioned before that some of your outs are probably out there, but you're getting incredibly sweet odds man. That's why I just call.

How much odds do you need for just 3 outs?
