I'd 3-bet the turn.

I would 3-bet the turn unless you have a read that says BB willonly raise with a flush here.

I'd 3-bet the turn. Good chance you are ahead and good chace you will fill up anyway. Call the river UI

I would three-bet the turn. If capped, I call down UI. If the three-bet is called, I call any river bet or bet/call any non-spade river UI. I don't see many hands raising pre-flop that have you beat. 1 K/images/graemlins/spade.gifQ/images/graemlins/spade.gif or 3 combos of AA. I find AA less likely without a pre-flop cap. I would see a turn raise with 3 AQ or 3 AK/images/graemlins/spade.gif, or even a semibluff with 3 combos of KK with a spade. 7-handed, you might even see 3 combos of 88.

i was pretty sure he made a flush..thats why i didnt 3bet..at first i put this guy on JJ or AK ...so i figured i was beat. but with his check on the flop it got me thinking...so on the turn i figured he made it..

I think you're giving too much credit to your opponents. More often it'll be two pair or worse.

Three-bet this turn like 92% of the time. The only reason you wouldn't is if you known villain so well that you can confidently say he'll only raise the turn with set As or a flush.

he turned down K /images/graemlins/spade.gif7 /images/graemlins/spade.gif......
i was in shock when i saw this...i actually left the table for the day... i was trying to figure out how he could play K7s with a raise and reraise infront of him...

i guess i shoulda paid more attention to the "Table Selection" section of Poker Theory.. /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

That would be a table you want to be at.

The worst play the OP made in this hand is failing to stay at this table.

i was at the table for about 45 minutes. got involved in 5 hands..one one small pot... and escaped other 3 barely harmed. 5 people at this table were calling machines. i was short on time and couldnt sit for too much longer. but i just hate playing with stupid people... i know that must be my weakness.. /images/graemlins/shocked.gif

I hate playing with smart people. Unless, that is, they make for good conversation. And I'm not playing for serious money.
