I like it, but then again, I'm a drum nerd. I own a copy of "Under the Table and Drumming", and #41 is one of the songs Carter Beauford breaks down section-by-section. Pretty incredible drummer...

This was the favorite song of a girl I used to know. She LOOOVED it. She said she would date anyone who could play it on guitar.
A week later I played it for her. She shortly broke up with her boyfriend of 3 years and we started dating.
There were obviously other things in play here, but that's always my mental association with the song.

By far my favorite DMB song. Everything about it rules.

i think this is why i love the song too. it's incredible. best part is the crescendo around 2:35
also i think that tracks 5 and 6 on crash are the best 1-2 punch in recorded music history

my favourite song. So sweeet. And the acoustic is like an entirely different song from the full band.

This is my favorite song by my favorite band, hence the "41" part of my name.
I've seen DMB live many times, and this song is just special to me. I can't explain it, but it's just a perfect song.
If you can get a live track of it with some of the Flecktones on it, clockin in at 20 minutes, it's well worth the effort to find it.
