NC: How to access old 2+2 links? (from the FAQ)

I'm trying to access cit's link to a discussion of ICM and when I click on it, a new window pops up by nothing shows up. On the bottom of the browser, it says: "waiting for archiverserver.twoplustwo.com......"

Does this mean that these posts are lost forever?

How do I get to these posts from the links given?

The archive server goes down almost every night for an hour or two. Just wait a couple of hours and try again.

(it crashes, basically /images/graemlins/grin.gif)
