The flop is the iffiest, but given the 3rd party (CO) calling your flop bet you have to 3-bet. It's unfortunate that CO woke up here.

Turn and river are standard.

Nothing much else you could do. CO waking up makes me think he has a set /images/graemlins/tongue.gif

CO's cap is scary, but people play hands strangely sometimes. Its worth seeing a showdown for 2BB more.
