Villain is 62/0/0.2 46% wtsd. Had about 20 hands on him at the time but he stayed this passive after 45 hands.

if it was a value bet on the turn, it definitely is on the river, right?

At first, I thought this was a clear check behind, but then I saw that you actually have a better flush than the board. Hmmm... much tougher. The folded to river bet stat would be nice, but small sample size regardles. I could go either way. The bet certainly can't be bad.

I like checking the turn and calling one on the river. Induces a bluff and also stops you from folding to a possible check-raise bluff on the turn.

if we check the turn it is never to avoid a check raise bluff.

Not gonna happen from this player.

I like a bet on the turn and check river. If he calls, you aren't 100% gonna win.

I like the opposite. He'll call on the river with bupkis hoping to chop. Him calling on the turn w/ no trump takes a special kind of donk.

Couldn't we get him to fold a small flush on turn but he'd bet a strong flush on river?
