it hasnt started yet
but its a $200+16 buy in, and no overlay
buyin 200/16, It's already at 1032 with a half hour to sign up so... no overlay.

I heard a rumor that if you knock out one of the pros like Seidel or Juanda you get a prize of like $200 or so... can anyone confirm or deny?

yes, busting a pro in any tournement you get whatever the buy in of the pro was..in this case 200$...you also get a tshirt that says "I busted XXXX"
I got 3 Aaron Bartley shirts haha

no..its some full tilt pro, i forget his name, had something to do with helping create microsoft with bill gates...I spoke with him at the WSOP, nice guy

Quiet Lion = Richard Brodie. He didn't used to count as a pro (no red name), he got his custom avatar for winning one of the first tournaments. He got red named a while back though.

Sitting at break with 2500, middle of the pack below average. Need the double up fairy to come soon.
Up to 3800. Called an all in for 1100 from shortstack for half my stack with 99, he had 88, phew.
AA next hand, folded to my sb and I raised to 300 at 120, instafold from big stack. Damn. GL all.
AA for the third time and finally got some action, first hand with antes 120/240/25 she comes in for 600, I pop it to 1600, she instacalls, K67 flop, she moves in and I pray no KK and Call, she shows QJ high and I'm up to 8700 in 55th with 472 left.

down to T6900 with 308 left...top 117 pay..
Raised with a KQ suited, missed the flop but made a play at it...folded to a big bet on the turn...lookin to get a spot to double up

Second break, just stole the blinds and a limp right before we went to break, 8400 chips 114th out of 308, one bb more than the average stack.

203rd, got caught trying to steal with junk after a long run of dead cards. I was live at least. Gl to anyone still in it.

im sick--i was chip leader for awhile. i got my stack back to about 9500 after donkin off some chips, bb 400. then utg goes all in for about 4000 i call in MP with AK run into KK. next thing i know im utg with AJ blinds 250/500 with an ante--push about 3500 in and run into aces.

After I got awfully lucky to get chips in the first place, AK < KQ, then with 2K left at 120/240, my connection crapped out for an orbit and a half, was down to 1K, pushed with A9, ran into AT, and IGHN.
Well, IWHT, since it was like an hour ago.
