2nd orbit at the table, so no real reads or Ptracker stats.
the minraise utg confused me.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (8 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

UTG ($236.55)
UTG+1 ($200)
MP1 ($74.50)
MP2 ($92)
CO ($159.55)
Button ($268.45)
SB ($76)
Hero ($239.25)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J/images/graemlins/club.gif, J/images/graemlins/heart.gif.
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $4</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP1 raises to $8</font>, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, Hero calls $6, UTG calls $4.

I figured call for set value.

Flop: ($25) 8/images/graemlins/club.gif, T/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 8/images/graemlins/diamond.gif <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $10</font>, MP1 calls $10, Hero ??

I debated leading this flop. However, I figured that if the minraise leads into the preflop raiser, then I was most likely behind.

Thoughts??

thanks.

Tough hand.

I'm either betting out or planning to check/fold the flop. Interested to hear other comments though.

That 1/2 pot flop bet looks reaaaaaaal weak, I might make a sizeable check-raise here on the flop. It seems almost like UTG raised with something like AQ or 88-TT and thinks MP1 re-raised with AK and is betting for value in his mind.

Think I would check-raise and, if called, push on the turn if a 9, J, or any card under a 6 came.

raise to 30, if you get 2 callers, be very prepared to fold on the turn.

If you get one caller, I bet if an overcard hits the turn. If he raises, I fold. If he calls, I check the river, call/fold depending on what he does.
