I think we should give this another shot. Channel #sngs on efnet.

Instructions:

Download an IRC client (www.mirc.com, www.hydrairc.com (http://www.hydrairc.com), chatzilla, etc.).

Install/run client.

Fill out the configuration info (username, name, etc.).

For server, select "EFnet: random server".

Click connect.

A list of channels should pop up, just type in #sngs and click join.

Enjoy! (discuss hands, trade HHs, talk about how much USC football rules, whatever)

Unless someone can set up a bot or two, these channels tend to die pretty quickly early on.

Well, #sstakes has Vehn and Ed_Miller. You'll have to work hard to beat either of those. Also, make sure your bot has !trivon and/or !Uno.
