I find my self in situations like this where I make the nuts on the river... and I don't like to make a weak bet at it because I have the idea it's a tell and I figure I can maximize my earnings. Of course, the times you do get called are pretty slim... so I'm curious for feedback.

I think the PFR is good. I've been mixing up my play a lot lately, between LAG, TAG, just Tight and Almost maniacal... admittedly perhaps due to some tilt.
And of course, I also feel the flop raise is a good play, and so is the turn check.
But what about the river?
