Help: how do I clean my laptop screen?

I have a Dell Inspiron 9300 (WUXGA - shiny type). Tried water and soft cloth (works fine for my Desktop monitor) - it left streaks all over the notebook. Purchased pre-moistened wet and dry packs - same problem. Can anybody help?

they sell laptop wipes specifically engineered for laptops at compusa and other outlets...givem a call

It is safe to use glasses cleaner. In fact my bottle says it can be used on moniors laptops ect:)
