The only hand i can put him on that beats me is 33.

Flop: if you think your hand is best, make a real re-raise. Make it at least $10. If he 4-bets you at this point, you've got to decide whether your two pair is still good - i'm guessing not by taking the action at face value.

Also, he seems scared on the river - if you really feel this way, why not check raise and push - would 33 fold here?

Looks to me like he could have AJ as well as a possibility

Make a real raise on the flop. Stop mini-raising, there are no reasons to do it.

i like making it 10-15 on the flop, this will make decisions a ton easier. if he calls i probably get it in on the turn. if he 4 bets the flop i need to make a decision, but ill have better info to do it now...
