Raiser is 28/20/2.4 over ~100 hands, BB is loose/passiv fish. Should I 3-bet this preflopp?

Yes, 3-bet preflop. I like to shut out the BB if I can, and if he wants to be a complete idiot and coldcall then that's fine too. Otherwise I like the hand.

I was just about to post a similar question. Same situation, except you are in the bb with KQo and a loose, aggro sb cool-calls?

I have been flat calling with KQ-T and raising KQs+. Too weak?
