If the pot weren't so big on the turn to make counterfeiting two pairs worth it I'd fold then. Even if you did river an offsuit 3, I wouldn't raise the river.

Let's go out on a limb though and discuss checking behind on the turn and playing poker on the river. All you have on this board is one pair and a whole lot of reverse implied odds...
