I'm cross-posting this here because I feel it is appropriate. We're throwing a head's up tournament at Poker Stars and although the "primary" focus is the zoo we would gladly welcome all you HU specialists to come and teach us a lesson.

Game: Limit Heads-Up Hold'em
Buy-in: $15+1
Pay-out: Standard Poker Stars HU Tournament Payout

I tried to get extra money added to the prize pool, but no luck (sorry, I tried).

The tournament is now available for sign-up in the Poker Stars Tournament lobby. It is password protected. You must send me a Private message with your pokerStars username to get the password.

In keeping with Simon's King of the Zoo guidlines, all posters who are above the level of "Stranger" will be eligible to recieve the password; however, I will will make the FINAL decision on all close call situations.

Good luck to everyone who chooses to play. Bragging rights are a beautiful thing.

hi jason,

i want to clarify something about the modus of the tournament:

i assume it is simple k-o-system with missing players filled up with wildcards for the first round ?
how do the limits increase in limit hu ?
is it possible to have the brackets drawn in advance, so that i may know before going to sleep, whether i have some extra 1h of sleep available in case of a wildcard ?
