i heard this radio comm. and just about drove off the road laughing at it.

it was about a new bet they had where you could bring in your 'paycheck' and try and double it. ive never heard an ad like that one. advocating using your paycheck.

but then at the end, they have the disclaimer for if you are a problem gambler...blah blah

i think if one goes in and blows a paycheck, that's a good indication of a problem. yet here they are advertising for that type of player.

gotta love it.

Gambling in Washington State. Life is grand!

I always thought the deals they had at some of the casinos where if you cashed your paycheque you get a free "instant" win was kinda scummy.

Oh well,

Until this post I was unsure whether or not you were Canadian living in Texas or just a Texan with a misleading moniker. The spelling "paycheque" cleared that up once and for all. /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

Eh?

Canadian all the way but I have lived in the USA (RI, WA, TX) since '89.

I spent a good deal of time in the Ottawa area on business from '98-'02. I enjoyed going there, but then again, I'm a hockey fan.

catch you at KotZ II tonight.
