Hi guys - I have tried a search but there is so much to weed through I thought it would be much quicker and easier to just ask in a new post.

I am buying into the $1000+$100 and $500+$65 WPF events at Foxwoods in a couple weeks, and I want to sell shares to some (5) family and friends to pay for 1/2 of the buy-ins. This amounts to $832.50, so that's $166.50 a share - that is the easy part.

My question is - how much should I pay out; what is the "standard" deal? Should I give them exactly 10% of my winnings each, or should I split it 60/40 so they each get 8% each? I just want to be fair to everyone, but I don't know if an even split is considered fair to the person playing? Any input is appreciated - thanks in advance.

Does CEO get paid higher dividends per share than other shareholders? Each share is equal value.

Pick a value you think you're worth, if you think your ROI is 100%... then sell 10% of your action for 20% of the buyin.

The tournament is likely to be EV-- for the poster as he cannot get together $1600. His friends and family are doing him a favor, and he should give them the str8 percentage based on the entry fee costs and no other costs.

There is no market for the value of this deal, and the investment is probably largely based on non-pecuniary aspects.

If hero can do better than this in the market place then he should try.
