5/10 6max, 6 handed
Villain is 20/17/3 over 227 hands. Have seen him be very aggressive trying to push people off of hands on a couple of occasians (with basically nothing). Have seen him cap on the button with A8os against my UTG 3bet pflop in a prior hand.

I'm in the CO with J /images/graemlins/heart.gif J /images/graemlins/spade.gif

Folded to me and I raise, folds to BB who 3bets, I cap, he calls

Flop: Q /images/graemlins/heart.gif Q /images/graemlins/spade.gif 9 /images/graemlins/club.gif
BB bets, I..?

FWIW, I think he 3 bets a raise here almost always...

Although it's probably not the correct play, with your read I usually bet/check the flop, then call down unless an A or K hits, then I fold.

folding is the worst of the 3 options. I call.

Do not call
Either raise hoping for free showdown and fold to further aggression or fold immediately, if you think BB has an A too often.
Also, your hand was likely good on the flop, but vulnerable. Raising the flop is worth considering.

Yeah, the flop raise crossed my mind, and in truth is probably the right play against this guy.
The flop is actually pretty good for him to bluff at, I just really didn't feel like calling a 3bet (which is probably a mistake, I don't know).
I basically went into WA/WB mode on the flop. Once the A hits the turn I think just about every hand he could have got there, and it's a clear fold IMO.
I was just too interested at this point to see if he really had it to let it go and called it down. Can't say if seeing that he had A8os was worth 2 bets, probably not.
