Sort of. Dr. Ruth is more about relationships and spicing up your sex life. Sex with Sue is a little more clinical. She gets a lot of basic questions about VD, birth control, etc...

I find it funny that Americans who haven't seen Sex with Sue make a big deal about this video as if it's something really odd and original...meanwhile Dr. Ruth has been old and talking about sex forever.
