Carnival Casino cashout help

I just whored Carnival Casino and completed my wagering requirement. Now when I go to cah out it says, "Sorry, but due to the minimum wagering requirements of your most recent bonus, you cannot withdraw this amount at this moment. Please select a smaller amount and try again."

Did I miss something in the T&C about withdrawing after clearing. I deposited today and am trying to withdraw on the same day. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
