Chuck, why so slow?

The site is excruciatingly slow for me. Am I the only one? I do not have trouble with any other web sites. I can not view the forums here because it just takes too long (a minute or two) for each message to come up. I have a cable modem.

The site moves very fast for me and I have a cheap-ass internet connection.

Cable modems share one line between your neighborhood and the cable company. Somebody could be running a porn server or something similar and eating up the entire neighborhoods bandwidth.

As I said, no problem with other sites. It seems to be working ok now. Thanks for your input.
