Help with Counter Strike 1.5 installation

I have counter strike and i am trying to install 1.5
I am not sure what folder to put the 1.5 in because it doesn't update my version to 1.5...

I uninstalled all of it and im starting over...

Do i need to install half life, then patch it to 1.1.1.0
then install counter strike, then install 1.5? What folder does 1.5 go in?
