That stinks...

I think you need a full pot bet on the turn.

After thinking about it again, What could the villian have? AK/AQ/AJ/KQs/KQ/KJ/QJ/JJ/99/77. We beat AK/AQ/KQ/KJ/QJ...

Think the most likely are AJ/99/77 and to a lessor degree KQs. Yeah, I fold.

What a beautiful flop and subsequent action.

On the turn, as others have pointed out, it's time to put the breaks down. If you had a read he liked to snuff out weak bets - so a small bet would induce a raise - or would try and take away the pot from a AK / AQ (or worse!) hand, then a check has merits.

But most of the time Im betting, and Im betting big.

On the river, given way that it was played, he could have higher spades, I dont see a boat here (likely plays flop and/or turn faster) and you're getting a good price. I call, but I wouldn't like it.
