He is offering J. Lewis and R. Johnson for E. James and Greg Jones(I would be getting Lewis and Johnson.) I kinda of like this deal due to the fact that I am getting two starting RB's. Is this a good trade for me.?

I should ask what other backs you have on your roster, but it's largely irrelevant. Pass without a second thought.

Yeah due to the overwhelming suggestion here I have declined that trade.

Edge is one of the best RB's in the league. Since the Colts seem superbowl bound, his production will remain up. Jamal Lewis has been a huge dissappointment this year. I never accept a trade if its a downgrade, even if I get more position players.
