5-150 spread limit game at Casino Arizona. There is a $350 max buy-in on the game. I am seated on a weak/passive table with one bad bad bad LAG trying to get some action going. Most of the table are regulars. I have about 1650 behind, "villian" in this hand has me slightly covered. He is loose/passive unless he has a hand, any hand, then goes hyper aggressive. He is a regular 60 and 75 game player that likes to slum it up until he gets a seat at the big game. My image is tight and tricky and someone that will mix it up. The "villian" in this hand has a "thing" for me and is down to me a lot (for this game anyway) this year and would really like to stick it to me.

PF: I am on the button with a live straddle from the LAG and have A/images/graemlins/club.gif5/images/graemlins/club.gif, "villian" is in MP. It is a family pot with all limpers up to the straddle, who raises to 50, MP calls, I call, three handed to the flop.

Flop: A/images/graemlins/diamond.gif3/images/graemlins/club.gif2/images/graemlins/club.gif... LAG leads for 75, MP flat calls, I RR 150, LAG calls, MP tanks and makes the call.

Turn: K/images/graemlins/club.gif... LAG leads for 150, MP raises to 300, I call, LAG RR 150, MP calls and looks hunrgyly at me, I cap, LAG asks if he can raise and is told no and calls, MP beats him in the pot.

River: 10/images/graemlins/diamond.gif... LAG pushes AI for like 60, MP makes it 150, I RR 150, MP asks if the cap is lifted, I say yes, dealer doesn't know what to say, and decides to say nothing after a couple of players quickly agree with me (lol for this one time I like a bad dealer), MP RR 150, we go RR 150, RR 150 for several bets until I am AI. He tells me my set of kings is no good and tables 9/images/graemlins/club.gifT/images/graemlins/club.gif... LAG flips up his AK... I spend the next two hands stacking chips. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

God I love this game! This not a typical hand, but a nice one with just the right players and cards. I would say the average pot on this table for the session was <200 excluding a couple of monster pots like this one. One a good LAG table the average will be somewhere in the 300-500 range and a weak/tight table <150. Needless to say table selection is everything in this game in this room.
