I'm having trouble find my hand histories for ub. I emailed support but they told me I have to know the hand number to get any history.

is there any other way I can retrieve them?

oh. I just started using UB the other day, I didn't know about this add on.

UB support is more retarded than Party, if you can comprehend that. /images/graemlins/tongue.gif They need the hh#, and even if you do give them the correct hh#, sometimes they send the wrong hand(s), or refuse to give them to you because they claim you were not playing at the table in the hands that you requested (when in fact, you were). Avoid UB support at all costs.

I've had a good deal of luck just asking them for full sessions. In fact sometimes they send me full sessions when I just ask for a half-dozen hands UltimateHistory missed.

Be sure to ask for them in plaintext, though.
