Everytime I get KJ utg I muck and would have flopped a monster.
Just thought I'd share.

KJ, especially offsuit, is my favorite hand. I don't know why, but it is.

I had a freind who likes K9. I'm not sure if he mucks it these days, but he likes it.
Oh yeah, and A9s, is my favorite...late position, No-Limit.
Just thought i'd share that.

Guess everybody has their weird favorites. I'm partial to AA myself.

I was partial to 79s for about 6 months ... I must have won a few nice pots with the hand.
On day I decided to share this with a friend at the table. Within 2 hrs I must have lost $400 bucks playing this hand when I shouldn't have. Guess what, my fav. is now back to AA.
I quickly realized that 79s ain't that much different from 68s a hand I have always disliked.
I also quite like KK too /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

When you see a pattern develop, you have to go with it. If there is 100% coefficient correlation, such as you cite, no question, raise pre-flop every time. You will then become familiar with the term "regression to the mean" and find your own "truth through experience".

I believe in "regression to the mean." I once won a NLHE tournament with 75o. Horrible, stupid play. But I got lucky. I will *never* play 75o again regardless of the situation to prevent regression to the mean from jumping up and biting me. I know how to quit while I'm ahead. /forums/images/icons/cool.gif
