anyone find UB's support very slow? Could be I am so used to pokerstars now, damn they are fast!

I shot them an email 2 days ago asking if they had a deposit bonus. Still no response.

Strange. I always get an answer within one or two hours.
And I bother them all the time.

I must admit I'm guilty of the same bothering and I too experience nothing but immediate responces.
