Here's a hand I played:

Three limpers to me, the SB completes and I check in the BB w/ K2o.

Flop comes 2-7-3, two tone. I see it as a good semibluff opp. so I bet after the SB checks. Only the SB folds.

Turn is an offsuit 6.
This time I check, which I think is the right play. The first limper checks, then there's a bet, and a call, and it's my turn to act, and I fold.

Is this the right play or no? At first I thought it was but then I thought not.

results later.

thanks much.

I like the idea, but think 4 opponents is a bit to many to try to bluff through. Although it isn't metioned in your intial post, the texture of the game is one of the biggest factors I look at when making this play, and judging from this hand those calling stations aren't the ones to try to get to lay down a hand.

The presence of the 2-flush also makes it tougher to fold everyone as flush draws aren't leaving, and the 7 high flop means that overcrads are likely out there. I would wait for a better spot or consider trying to check-raise a bet by an overly aggressive late position player.

I think the play is ok. You took a stab for only a sb and it didn't work. Getting out on the turn was good.
