New member, introduction

Hey everyone, new member to the forum here. I have posted on FCP for a while, and finally came here to expand my knowledge of limit poker. I currently play 5/10 on Party, and I guess am on some huge rush. I'm winning at 5.9BB/100, but am expecting the downswing anyday. Just a couple of questions.
1) Do hands at 5/10 belong in Small Stakes or Mid/high stakes? I'm assuming small stakes, but not sure.
2) Do you guys here just post hands from your session, and ask for feedback, or do it a different way?
