Am I the only one that spends time arranging icons on the desktop to try to make it look "clean". I can't stand how some people have cluttered desktops with a million [censored] icons everywhere. Am I insane?

I don't use icons, I have three quick launch icons: my computer, a shortcuts folder, and my stuff (a my documents type folder: c:\my stuff\)
