I dont see a short stack worrying too much about "protecting" a flopped str8. I think he rivers two pair or better.

Which he doesn't need to do with the 75 straight?

I definitely fold when he pushes. Whether he is bluffing or doing this with the nuts, he's played the hand goofy, so its not like its obviously a bluff because it is so goofy. But I just don't think you can call this, because it's more often a badly played good hand than a ridiculous bluff. There's no reason for him to try and bluff you really.

I like the size of your bets by the way.

EDIT: Hmmm, yeah, $215, maybe I check the river... maybe.

I forgett to put down that I would fold the river.
I would not make the value bet on the river.I would check the river.
there is not to many hands he will call 125,if he cant beat j2

i would fold to the c/r, at least at the 33 level. i don't think a lot of guys have the guts to pull that big c/r without a strong hand.

i like the bet on the river though. you can squeeze some extra value out of a hand like 6x or 55.

I also bet the river, but not as much as the OP bet. I prolly go around 85 chips on the river in case he decides to get tricky. Plus he is less likely to pay off a double bet on the river. Don't get so greedy here, the key is to get a small amount of value on the last card where u think you are ahead.

I dont think he will call t125 with 6x or 55,
maybe t60 he will call, but you open the door for being bluffed out,if he think you"re weak.
Thats why I would get free showdown.

i agree, i'd bet a little less. i'd probably bet 90-100, but now we're splitting hairs.

I dont like "value" betting with J,2 on the river. Id rather see a free showdown. I also fold to the c/r on the river.

I check behind on the river. You've got top pair/no kicker. Five cards are out, and the SB limped. He could have a dozen hands that beat you. I see no value in betting here.

Transparent brag post. Just because it worked this once doesn't mean it is a good play. Take the free showdown.
