I play mostly ring games and do well in SNG's, tonight was my first shot at NL, played the 25NL tables, and could use advice on several hands I played but will start with this one. No one was really out of line at the table, CO liked to raise it up a lot PF and betting postflop got aggressive at times at the table.
Any advice appreciated, especially what the proper play on the turn would be and why.

Thanks, I tried to but the hand didn't come out properly. Is it Bison's converter everyone is still using? Sorry, it's been a while since I posted. I'll try it again.

Yep

Remove the word texas from the top of the hand history, and it should parse correctly.

Cheers.

I'd bet 1/2 pot on turn so that a ten or overpair might be tempted to call. You're pot comitted so it's all going in at some point, might as well make it easier for worse hands to get it in. If someone has something like K/images/graemlins/spade.gifQ/images/graemlins/spade.gif they're right to call anyway and I can't see any other flush draw that could get to the turn so you don't need to charge for the back door flush. If he turned the straight, oh well, move on. Like I said though, if you're comitted to the hand make it easier for worse hands to call.
